We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client.
Deposits + Prepayments

All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but are fully transferable when you provide more than 72 hours’ notice to move your appointment.
Late Cancellations + No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in 100% of the service cost being charged. Deposits or prepayments will be retained.

Lateness

By Booking
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation.
